Drinking Honey, Vanilla and Chamomile Tea.

I’m enjoying this delicious Twinings tea. Mmmmm, calming.

I’m sipping it while listening to Just a Minute on iPlayer – although this is at midnight, and the post is being published in the morning, because it’s of little use to anyone at night (or, to be honest, at any time). Interestingly, the topic they just spoke on was ‘Celebrity Spotting’ , and it reminded me of when I saw Nicholas Parsons walk past my flat in Edinburgh, last August at the Fringe. He looked very smart, in a lovely suit, but he was carrying two plastic bags and walking very slowly – it was quite sad in a way, he didn’t look too happy. Oh well, he sounds happy on the radio now, so that’s good.

I’m supporting Wil Hodgson at Boom! Comedy in Oxford tonight – details are here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=135254669873445

It’s the first time I’ll be doing my lovely new 20 minute set, so I’m very excited – I’ve done a fair few 20s around Oxford before, but always with a bit of chat and new material built in, whereas this is just tried-and-tested jokes and a lovely little routine about poetry, so I’m looking forward to it, and hopefully it’ll only get better over the holidays and be brilliant for Edinburgh.

Bed now, as I am tired. I wrote some new jokes on twitter yesterday (15th) so do have a look if you didn’t see them.

Congratulations to Tinie Tempah, also. He’s got so many clothes he has to keep some at his Aunt’s house, apparently.

Bring your toys to college.

I’m not lazy. Just busy.

I have a Thesis to sort out at the moment, and we’re just approaching the end of term, so I’ve neglected the blog – sorry to the 2 or 3 people (presumably) who enjoy it.

Incidentally, the title is a way of getting the site up the google rankings. Don’t ask why.

I will resume writing after this weekend.
